If you have come to terms with the fact that you need help, You may feel hopeless and helpless. But just taking the first step—deciding to get treatment—can make all the difference .We know that sadness; hopelessness, loss, low self-esteem, loneliness, guilt, and shame are complex conditions.

The causes are many it is hard to pull yourself out of the misery, sometimes impossible. When you feel most like doing nothing, you need to DO SOMETHING! When the future looks most bleak, you need to face it with some hope. When hating yourself, you need to accept what you have been, and begin to work on being better. So you may need help--therapy, family counselling, But, eventually, no matter which "course" you take, you will have to help yourself; there is no effortless, magical cure.
